Delivery
We aim to despatch all goods within 24 hours from the point of ordering, and delivery is normally within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends) via TNT Courier Delivery.
Any items under £8 will be posted via Royal Mail
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and on occasion may take longer. If you require a guaranteed express service please call Customer Services for details and to place your order.
We use both TNT and Royal Mail delivery services for all UK and European deliveries. All USA and the rest of the world deliveries will be sent via FedEx.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Returns Service
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 7 days of receipt.
It is not possible to return your goods in person as our stock warehouse is in a different location to our administration office.
We would recommend you send any goods back via Royal Mail. We also recommend that you use a service with suitable insurance cover.
Please obtain proof of posting and keep hold of this until you have received confirmation from us that your goods have been received.
